Just because the Jonas Brothers won’t be making sweet music together anymore, that doesn’t mean the trio plans to retreat from the limelight. The guys appeared on “Good Morning America” on Wednesday (October 30) to open up about their breakup and share with their fans what they plan to do next.
“I think we’re really in a season right now of being really excited about the future, but also, you know, there’s a certain heaviness that comes with closing a chapter and understanding that we have the best fans in the world and have for our entire career,” Nick shared Wednesday morning.

So, what moves are the guys planning? While they confirmed they will gift fans with four new tracks off their now-scrapped album V, MTV News takes a look at what solo projects the JoBros have lined up.
Nick
“I think that for me, personally, my next move will be recording music, writing for myself and other people and maybe a return to theater at some point. I love being in this city,” he shared. Nick already has several projects lined up including a cameo on CBS’ and a starring role in the big-screen thriller,
In terms of music, if fans are looking for a hint as to what they might sound like, they should look no further than his 2010 solo project, Nick Jonas & the Administration, which veered in the acoustic-folk-pop territory. And, he’s already started adding producer credits to his resume; he also recently produced a track for Zendaya, and wrote for Demi Lovato and Charice prior.
Joe
“It sounds a little similar to Nick, but music, on my own, acting. There’s a lot of other ideas, but kind of jumping into it. This is the first time in a long time we have time to focus on ourselves and support each other through that.” Additionally, Joe previously revealed that he’s looking to produce music for other artists. As for his next solo project, it’s unclear what it might sound like, but Joe may once again revisit the pop and R&B influences of his 2010 album, Fastlife.
In terms of acting, he’s already appeared on as recently as 2012. On the series, he plays Valerie Bertinelli’s son, so he might land in Ohio again soon.
Kevin
“We’re having a baby. We’re really looking forward to it and even beyond that, as well, I’m gonna be going into my first passion which was the business side of things. And I’m in the first round of funding for an entertainment [company] that will position brands to target millennials.”
With all these big plans, we’d imagine that a third season of his E! reality show might also be in Kevin’s future.
