Little Mix know how fierce Kelly Rowland is. The U.K. girl group got to know the former Destiny’s Child member far before she landed a spot on the U.S. “X Factor” judging panel when she was a judge on the U.K. version of the show.
“She’s a really good judge,” Perrie Edwards told MTV News, adding that even though she wasn’t their judge, she was always there to give them advice. “She’s such a lovely, lovely person. She’s just amazing and she’s lovely to look at as well when you’re singing. She’s beautiful.”

And in the two years since they shared screen time together, their enthusiasm for Rowland has hardly died down. Leigh-Anne Pinnock added, “[She’s] a whole lotta woman! She’s amazing!”
Now Rowland is busy filming season three of “X Factor” with returning judges Demi Lovato and Simon Cowell and fellow newbie Paulina Rubio. It’s slated to air this fall on Fox. And if you’re wondering if she was the right pick to sit in a spot once filled by Britney Spears, this group certainly thinks so.
“She’s very constructive,” Jade Thirlwall said. “She was never nasty or mean. If she had something negative to say, it was only to help you. I think she’s one of the best judges that’s been on the show.”

And, it doesn’t hurt that she has the kind of pop music career that most wannabe superstars would kill for. “I love her. I think everyone respects her so much because she was in such a successful girl band and like she’s just amazing. Isn’t she?” Jesy Nelson said. “She’s an amazing singer. She deserves her place.”
