The cast of “American Horror Story: Freak Show” (which returns on October 8) is full of remarkable performers, but few have stories as inspirational as Jyoti Kisange Amge’s.
The actress stands only 23 inches tall and weighs only 11 pounds, and she’s fulfilling a dream by joining the cast of “American Horror Story” as Ma Petit.
