On Sunday, November 9, the “Break Free” singer and the “Don’t” crooner will take the stage at MTV’s annual awards show honoring the hottest music from all over the globe. They join previously announced performer Nicki Minaj, who will also host the EMA live from the SSE Hydro arena in Glasgow, Scotland.

Speaking of that night, Ariana is nominated in a total of six EMA categories: Best Song for “Problem” featuring Iggy Azalea, Best Pop, Best Female, Best New, Best Push and Biggest Fans. Ed, meanwhile, is up for a respectable two himself: Best Male and Best U.K. & Ireland Act. A win for either would mark their first-ever EMA.
