Yes, ladies and gentlemen, we here at MTV News were right there with you during the Season 7 premiere of “The Voice” on Monday (September 22), enjoying the friendly heckling of Blake Shelton and Adam Levine, rooting for the fresh-faced singers making their way onto the blind-audition stage and welcoming (with open arms!) Gwen Stefani and Pharrell Williams as the show’s newest coaches.

Mere minutes into the episode, it was hard to remember that Pharrell and Stefani were “Voice” rookies at all. They sweet-talked, talked back and sold their best pitches just as well as Levine and Shelton, and, with their countless past collaborations, the two made it clear that they have each other’s back in this competition.

But how will the two newest coaches stack up against their veteran peers? Or have Shelton and Levine been in the game for far too long? Read on for our “Voice” report card!

Oh. My. God. Did you know that Iggy Azalea is a master of the fine pumpkin-carving arts?

I mean, we knew she was oh-so “Fancy,” but this… This Instagram video displays a level of Halloween fanciness that literally no one could have seen coming.

Just LOOK at Iggy’s pumpkin-carving skills.

You have to appreciate the extra finesse of that colorful strobe lighting. It’s those little details that take a jack-o’-lantern from awesome to epic.

Not even Iggy’s own boyfriend, NBA player Nick Young, believed she could do it. “I just made this pumpkin and @swaggyp1 won’t post it because he’s a hater and only wanted to show you guys if I did a crappy job,” the “Black Widow” rapper captioned the clip.

Seriously, though? How could you hate on that lettering detail, Nick? No way. Take a step back, dude. No bite-size Snickers for you until you acknowledge this Hallo-wizardry.

Wait, is that Big Sean we see in Ariana Grande’s latest Instagram picture? Welcome to the era of AriSean, ladies and gentlemen — or is it BigGrande?

In the photo, Ariana’s silhouette is flanked by what looks to be the GOOD Music rapper’s shadow, complete with a backwards-turned baseball cap and everything. The caption — a simple “:)” smiley face — is enough to let us know it’s real.

“Me and her make a lot of music together and the chemistry between me and her when we work is great,” Big Sean told MTV News recently.

The duo have collaborated twice in the past, on Ari’s “Best Mistake” and “Right There,” but that won’t be all if Sean’s plans pan out. “We got more in the works, too. I feel like her voice is crazy, just that that big voice comes out of her is insane. I was probably one of the first people to tweet about her music; me and her been friends for years before anything else.”

Throw in the fact that the “I Don’t F-ck With You” MC said that he “had no problem” with the couple being caught on camera holding hands backstage at the VMAs, and we could be in for a whole lot more adorable moments between these two.

After 23 years of marriage, Kris Jenner and Bruce Jenner are heading for divorce.

People confirms that the “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” star and executive producer filed for divorce from her spouse on Monday (September 22), 11 months after the two initially announced their separation.

According to court documents, Kris, 58, has requested that she and Bruce, 64, share joint physical and legal custody of daughter Kylie, who is still a minor.

The Kardashian-Jenner matriarch has also asked that she maintain possession of all assets, including jewelry, that she has amassed since her separation from Bruce began in 2013, and that the remainder of the couple’s assets be divided at a later time. According to TMZ, the couple did not sign a pre-nuptial agreement.

E! News reports that Kris cited “irreconcilable differences” as grounds for divorce, although a source close to the family told People, “They both did it together… It’s all done and there’s no drama or messiness. They worked out all details over the last few months.”

Kris and Bruce married in 1991. They have two children together: Kendall, 18, and Kylie, 17.

August Alsina is feeling the get-well love from his friend and collaborator, Nicki Minaj, who paid a visit to the “No Love” singer’s hospital bedside on Monday (September 22).

On September 19, Alsina woke up from a three-day coma after collapsing onstage at Irving Plaza in New York City.

“August, u know, I’m here to save u,” the “Anaconda” rapper captioned an Instagram selfie of the two. “still praying for my lil bro. He’s doing better.”

August followed up by posting what appears to be an older selfie with Nicki, writing: “She has to be the sweetest girl I know. #ASisterThatPrays”

We could all be so lucky to have a ‘big sis’ like that. Feel better!

You might think: Who is this Harry Potter girl? What is she doing at the UN?

It’s the question Emma Watson posed to the United Nations General Assembly yesterday, and I’ll tell you what she was doing there: Absolutely nailing it.

As the newly appointed UN Women Global Goodwill Ambassador, Emma was on hand in New York to launch the new campaign HeforShe—a global movement designed to tackle the idea that gender inequality is not a “woman’s issue,” but a “human issue.” And that men can—and should—be feminists, too.

I like to hope that the beauty and power in what Emma Watson said in front of the United Nations is another step toward the reshaping of cultural attitudes. When we can realize it’s harmful to tell women that they aren’t as “smart as men,” and just as harmful to tell boys to “stop crying” or to “be a man about it.” When we can admit that not all feminists are angry, militant, or bra-burning stereotypes. When we accept that even thoughtful, intelligent feminists—say, such as myself—can also enjoy stereotypically feminine interests like fashion and style.

Because that’s the thing. I am an outspoken feminist. I also love men. And I ALSO really want all of this amazing Emma Watson fan swag to actually exist in real life. I would rock all of this so hard.

Not to get all Stefon from “Saturday Night Live,” but the new trailer for “Kingsman: The Secret Service” that premiered during tonight’s episode of “Gotham” has everything.

Explosions? Check. Colin Firth being all scary-sexy-serious? Check. A new song by Iggy Azalea featuring Ellie Goulding? Check. A morbidly practical Samuel L. Jackson warning that “If you get blood on the carpets, you have to take the carpets up!”? Check. Ummmmm, LEGS THAT ARE ALSO SWORDS?! Oh my god, check.

Speaking of the new Iggy track — which remains untitled but will appear on her upcoming New Classic reissue — it sounds like it’s dedicated to “everyone who said [she'd] never make it.” Ellie echoes the “Black Widow” rapper’s sentiment with her part, singing: “You can’t always please the crowd/ But I am still not bowing down.”

Look for the blinding light of awesomeness that is “Kingsman: The Secret Service” when it hits theaters on February 13, 2015.

Drake and Murda Mook were at a club last month, when some friendly drinks turned into a challenge.

“It came out of nowhere,” Mook told MTV News on the BET Hip Hop Awards red green carpet. “A couple drinks start floating around, and then he just came out of nowhere and said he would battle me.”

It started off as some apparent tough talk from the Toronto MC: “‘Yo, if I did a battle,’” Mook said, recalling Drake’s words, “‘it’d probably be the biggest battle in history.’ That was his exact words.”

“I said, You serious?”

As it turns out, Drizzy very well might have been.

The guys quickly snapped a picture and shared it online, creating excitement and hype around the potential showdown. The two spoke a few days later, and Drake was “still kind of singing the same song.”

So, what would happen if this “biggest battle in history” goes down?

“He can rap really well,” Mook admitted. “I’m not saying he would win. [He'd have to practice] a lifetime, maybe. I don’t think there’s nobody in this world that can beat me.”

And Drake probably feels the same way. Hopefully they settle this standoff on the mic.

It’s finally here — the beginning of the new Batman origin story, “Gotham.” The new FOX series, based on the fictional characters and city of DC Comics lore, premiered tonight, introducing viewers to a whole bunch of faces, some familiar, and some brand-new.

Bang, Bang

On their way home from the movies, Thomas and Martha Wayne are shot dead in cold blood. Their young son, Bruce, is left alive, howling bloody murder, alone with their fresh corpses. This is how Batman, and “Gotham,” begins.

Good Cop, Bad Cop

The Gotham City Police Department’s newest detective, James Gordon, is called in to investigate the double-homicide of the Waynes. He’s joined by his partner, veteran detective Harvey Bullock. The two could not be more different. Gordon’s the type to think first, shoot later. In Bullock’s worldview, a swift headshot ends all headaches.

At the scene of the crime, Gordon does his best to relate to young Bruce. He tells him about his own childhood trauma, watching his father die in a drunk driver accident. “I know how you feel right now,” he tells him. “However dark and scary the world might be right now, there will be light.”

Gordon promises to find the man who killed Bruce’s parents, but it’s easier said than done – especially with an uncooperative partner like Bullock, who sees the Wayne case as nothing more than “a gigantic flaming ball of crap.” Bullock sees Gordon as ...

Is Ed Sheeran’s “Don’t” really about a member of One Direction hooking up with the woman he was seeing? Was said member Niall Horan? Honestly, who cares — we now have a photo of Ed kissing Niall on the cheek, and that’s the only thing that matters right now ever.

The two were spotted sharing a bromantic embrace on Saturday (September 20) at XS Nightclub in Las Vegas. Both guys were in town to perform at the iHeartRadio music festival, but it’s cool they made time to buddy-buddy with one another, too. What? Who’s crying?! I’m not crying. HOW DARE YOU.
