While the rest of the world was ooh-ing and ahh-ing at Rihanna‘s ice-cold-sci-fi-grandma Tush magazine spread, her adorable baby niece was soaking up some behind-the-scenes quality time.

The singer took to her Twitter today to post a series of cute pictures with her baby niece, dubbing herself “Aunty OhNaNa” in the process.

Let’s take a closer look, thumbnails won’t do for this level of TLC.

Kendrick Lamar Tells Chris Brown ‘You Reaping What You Sow’ On ‘Autumn Leaves’

by 14 mins ago

Just in time for the change of season, Chris Brown’s Kendrick Lamar-assisted “Autumn Leaves” leaked on the Internets Wednesday (September 10).

The “Loyal” crooner slows things all the way down on this Bam and Roccstar-produced track, even delving into his emo side.

“I seems that all the autumn leaves are falling/I feel like you’re the only reason for it/All the things you do, all the things you, do all the things you do,” he sings on the melancholy chorus.

Buoyed by the pulsing bass line that pumps like an electrocardiogram, the Grammy Award-winning singer pours out his heart using the metaphoric imagery of leaves falling to the ground before passing the baton to K.Dot.

“When you’re outlandish and you lose manners, to God you shall consult/When the bright cameras are still cramming in your face and it provoke/You to act mannish, just stay planted, because you reaping what you sow,” he raps in his signature iambic pentameter.

You can pre-order X, which drops next week on September 16, on iTunes now, and listen to the new collab below.

What Does Kristen Wiig Have To Say About The ‘Ghostbusters’ Rumors?

by 21 mins ago

When the news broke that Paul Feig might have been tapped to direct an all-female reboot of the cult classic “Ghosbusters” franchise, a brief and sudden storm of fan-fervor erupted.

And while no further information has really been released, the speculation continued during this week’s Toronto International Film Festival, “Ghosbuster” alum Bill Murray told the Toronto Star who he thought the ideal cast for a female remake would be.

Melissa [McCarthy] would be a spectacular Ghostbuster. And Kristen Wiig is so funny — God, she’s funny!” Murray said. “I like this girl Linda Cardellini (who played Sylvia on “Mad Men”) a lot. And Emma Stone is funny. There are some funny girls out there.”

Of course, with Feig involved, most “Bridesmaid” fans were already hoping for McCarthy and Wiig to be included in the project, but there’s also talk of Tina Fey and Amy Poehler getting involved.

So what did Kristen Wiig have to say about her Murray-approved nomination?

“I will do whatever Bill Murray tells me to,” she dead-panned to Yahoo Moviest when they brought up the topic at another TIFF press junket today (September 10).

While it’s definitely not a confirmation, it’s certainly not a no. When posed the same question by the Star, McCarthy expressed interest but admitted that so far, she hadn’t been approached.

As for Wiig’s former “Saturday Night Live” and current “The Skeleton Twins” co-star Bill ...

‘Teen Mom 2′ Poll: Should Kailyn Have Fought Harder For Her Time With Isaac?

by 1 min ago

Kailyn and Jo took a slight step backward on tonight’s episode of “Teen Mom 2” — all because of a disagreement about Father’s Day.

The former couple had been making tremendous strides in their personal relationship as they raise their son Isaac — they’d experienced a parenting first with their significant others and even attended the four-year-old’s art show together. But the two hit a roadblock when it came to the special holiday.

TeenMom2522A_NA_85292089_1554190

During one of their drop-offs, Kail revealed that her upcoming family vacation — scheduled during her designated time with Isaac — would fall on Father’s Day. She told Jo that she’d hoped he would be open to celebrating early or late, as Isaac would be on the trip, but the young boy’s father wasn’t agreeable.

“I don’t know — that doesn’t really work for me,” he said, before adding that the day is so important to him, he involved his lawyers to make sure it was in every custody agreement going forward. “I mean, I hate saying, ‘No, you can’t take him. At the same time, it makes me feel like s**t not being able to have him for Father’s Day.”

TeenMom2522A_NA_85292089_1554188

Eventually, a frustrated Kail decided she’d rather avoid confrontation than stick up for what she wanted — and allowed the father-son duo to be together for the occasion.

“At the end of the day, it’s not what we want [and] it’s not what Jo wants — it’s what’s best for Isaac,” ...

RIP iPod Classic: A Look Back At The Many Faces Of The First iPod

by 30 mins ago

With all the fanfare that accompanied Apple’s introduction of the new, bigger iPhone 6 and the brand spanking new Apple Watch, the company tried to quietly close the door on an old favorite: the iPod classic. As of yesterday, the product is no longer listed on Apple’s site, and it appears that they have discontinued this first version of the iPod entirely.

For a lot of people, this was the first Apple product they owned, and the iPod classic helped redefine the way we consumed and listened to music. It replaced the walkman and pretty much every other portable music player with relative ease. But, the classic was our first look at the way Apple would improve and polish their products in such innovative ways that we needed the newer model every time an update came out.

So let’s take a look back at the seven different generations of our first favorite iPod.

The First Generation

ipodhistory.com

Released October 2001, this was the first ever iPod. It could hold between 5-10 GB of music, and Apple achieved its small size by using a 1.8″ hard drive while competitors were still using 2.5″ ones. The mechanical scrolling wheel was a huge deal—and remained a key feature for the classic all the way through design—with the four other function buttons around the sides.

The Second Generation

Nearly identical to the first generation, this one came out in 2002 and could hold 10-20 GB. It used the same body ...

Watch Miley Cyrus Explain How To Spend $2000 At Walmart

by 15 mins ago

We’ve been eagerly awaiting Jeremy Scott’s New York Fashion Week show ever since he told us that he was collaborating with Miley Cyrus for the big event. Our excitement reached a new high when we heard that Miley would be debuting her “Dirty Hippie” sculptures and accessories at the show and, then, today it actually all happened and we were there to witness it first-hand.

We were able to chat with Jeremy and Miley before the show and find out the inspiration behind the collection, when the duo decided to collaborate and–most importantly, IMHO–how Miley managed to spend $2000 at Walmart. “It’s actually very easy,” she told us. I don’t know the going rate for beads these days, but, um, I imagine $2K-worth is enough to fill a large swimming pool?

Get Ready For Twisty The Clown In ‘American Horror Story: Freak Show’

by 21 mins ago

After a handful of “American Horror Story: Freak Show” trailers and teasers over the last few weeks, we’ve finally got some info about the actual plot of the upcoming fourth season — including that the main villain will be Twisty the Clown, played by John Carroll Lynch.

“He’s out to make their lives a living hell,” the show’s co-creator, Ryan Murphy, told Entertainment Weekly. “He’s wearing a mask on the lower part of his face and there comes a point in the season where takes the mask off and when you see what’s under you will faint in terror.”

“My character is very manipulative,” star Jessica Lange said. “She understands what’s needed and she provides it. However the thing I want to be very clear that Elsa really loves these people. She truly cares for them in her own selfish narcissistic way. It’s not just exploitation.”

The show returns on October 8 on FX.

This Guy Just Made The Coolest Wolverine Hand Ever

by 26 mins ago

We’ve all heard of lending someone a helping hand, but the good folks over at e-NABLE took things a step, er, claw further with their latest project: a prosthetic Wolverine hand—-with claws!

Snikt!

wolvelongx

Aaron Brown, one of the many volunteers with e-NABLE who help create and design 3D Printed assistive hand devices for those in need, wanted to build a really cool hand to take to a local children’s hospital, as well as the MakerFaire in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

So, the comic book fanboy combined the idea of using the University of Michigan’s Wolverine mascot and, of course, the enormously popular member of the X-Men for his own eye-popping creation.

“The comic-loving nerd inside of me (along with some Facebook friends) said there is no way I can make a Wolverine hand without CLAWS,” Brown said. “So I modeled some in Sketchup the morning before the MakerFaire, printed ‘em, spray-painted ‘em silver and velcro’d ‘em on there. Turned out pretty darn cool!”

No kiddin’, Bub.

The kiddos, of course, loved it.

“People’s faces just lit up!” he added. “The kids went crazy over it.”

And don’t worry, parents, the claws on this hand are made of rounded plastic and are removable; they aren’t made of indestructible adamantium.

Demi? Ariana? Don’t Make Us Choose!

by 30 mins ago

The 2014 MTV EMA are being really mean right now. They want you to vote to decide who among Demi Lovato, Ariana Grande, Trey Songz, Fifth Harmony and Austin Mahone will be nominated for an EMA. That’s basically, like, asking you to pick a favorite unicode emoticon — i.e., impossible.

Here’s the deal: Our annual European awards ceremony — which will hit Glasgow, Scotland, on Sunday, November 9 — has announced four of the nominees for Best U.S. Act: Beyoncé, Katy Perry, Eminem and Pharrell Williams. I’m 99.9% sure Miley Cyrus won that category last year before taking home Best Video, but it’s all such a haze…

Anyway, they’ve left the fifth and final nomination slot open for you to vote on by using the following hashtags on Twitter:

Demi Lovato #MTVEMA #NominateDemiLovato
Ariana Grande #MTVEMA #NominateArianaGrande
Trey Songz #MTVEMA #NominateTreySongz
Fifth Harmony #MTVEMA #NominateFifthHarmony
Austin Mahone #MTVEMA #NominateAustinMahone

So rude. I can’t even. Who do they think they are? Thanks a lot, Europe.

If you think you can make this pretty much life-or-death decision, though, then go for it. (Voting closes this Sunday, September 14!) One thing’s for certain: Demi won’t be able to use her “I’m an American” platform this go around.

Bad at filling out bios seeks same.
