Remember back before “Guardians of the Galaxy” came out, when Chris Pratt said that really sweet thing about stealing his Star-Lord costume from set so that he could visit sick kids in the hospital?

Well, he wasn’t joking about that.

A tweet from the Children’s Hospital Los Angeles proved that Pratt is true to his word with this unbelievably heart-warming picture of the “Guardians of the Galaxy” star with a young patient.

This is exactly the kind of thing that makes me happy that Chris Pratt is seeing huge success lately. He’s clearly a talented, funny guy, but taking this extra step just to bring joy to a group of kids who have been through way too much puts him in a special (and too rare) category of stardom.

“Guardians of the Galaxy” is in theaters now.

There’s some pleasing news for the lesbians of the world: They’re apparently having better sex than straight women are.

A study conducted by Indiana University found that lesbian women have orgasms at a significantly higher rate than heterosexual women. Using a sample of 6,500 participants between the ages of 21 and 65, researchers found that straight women reported having an orgasm during sex with a familiar partner only 62% of the time. For lesbians, that number jumped up to an impressive 75%. Weirdly enough, there’s not much of a middle ground — bisexual women only reported hitting the big “O” 58% of the time.

The study’s authors theorized in the Journal of Sexual Medicine that lesbian’s intimate understanding of one another probably benefits their sex lives. “One possible explanation is that lesbian women are more comfortable and familiar with the female body and thus, on average, are better able to induce orgasm in their female partner,” the authors wrote.

For comparison’s sake, dudes seem to be having the best sexual experiences of all—no matter which way they swing. Straight men said they experienced orgasms 85.5% of the time. That stat dropped only slightly for gay men, who came in at 84.7%. Bisexual men had the lowest rate of all, at 77.6%, but they’re still doing better than any of the women are.

A picture emerged this week of Kanye West eating Chinese food. Doesn’t seem that interesting? Oh, wait, I forgot to mention that he was eating said food in China. At age 10. With chopsticks. In what appears to be a vest. With a very serious Kanye-like expression on his face. Oh, now you want to see it.

The photo popped up on reddit Wednesday, and it’s a snapshot that appears to come from the period of time when Ye lived in China with his mother, Donda, when she was a visiting professor at Nanjing University.

This is the second photo to crop up of young Yeezy in China, the first being a shot of a tween ‘Ye posing on a bridge in a Canadian tuxedo (denim-on-denim), proving he was a fashion icon at all ages.

We wonder what kind of food Lil ‘Ye is chowing down on in the latest snap? Maybe it’s the same dish he ordered during his one-day jail stint back in 2008, when he used his one phone call to ring up Mr. Chow’s? Whatever it is, the focus on his face while brandishing those chopsticks portends big things to come …

You know how when you see someone else yawning, you almost always feel the urge to let loose with a yawn of your own? Man, we’re sleepy just reading that sentence. Well, apparently the cast of NBC’s “Parks and Recreation” is just like that, except with farting.

A short gag reel for the show’s sixth season was released on Facebook, and while there are a bunch of awesome moments (Ron Swanson dancing! Leslie knocking Ben over with the force of her high five!), probably the greatest thing that will happen to you this week is the one-two punch of Chris Pratt and Nick Offerman’s “call and response fart” while Aziz Ansari tries to deliver his lines. Talk about high concept humor all you want, but we’ll take a fart joke any day.

Comedy gold.

Just to be clear, let’s get this out of the way: this isn’t proof that Evangeline Lilly‘s character in “Ant-Man,” Hope Van Dyne, will take on the identity made famous by her mother.

But that sure does look like the Wasp’s haircut.

Lilly posted these photos of her new hair to her Instagram account, just as filming is getting underway in San Francisco. The bobbed do is definitely reminiscent of her short crop that the Wasp usually sports, but this could either be a friendly nod to the classic Avenger or a signal of where Hope Van Dyne’s character might go.

Even with all of the people participating in the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge, Dr. Dre may have had the most well-produced video so far. But Kendrick Lamar, whom Dre called out, gave his mentor a run for his money on Wednesday.

Though K-Dot’s video didn’t have the slow-motion visual effects and multiple angles of the legendary producer’s, he hit us with four panels that play one-at-a-time, steadily drenching the Compton rapper in freezing water.

Nicole Polizzi‘s first child Lorenzo is the undisputed light of her life, but her second baby, whose due date is quickly approaching, is giving the “Snooki & JWOWW” star a liiiittle bit of trouble.

In a recent interview with E!, Snooki’s BFF Jenni Farley explained that being pregnant with a girl has been a much different experience for Nicole, and that, frankly, it’s been an unpleasant one.

“She is not happy,” JWOWW said. “She loved the pregnancy with Lorenzo. This one, I’m, like, scared of her. It’s like ‘The Exorcist.’”

Jenni, who admitted she hated being pregnant with her daughter (but has since fallen in love with little Meilani), explained that baby girls are said to sap their mothers of hormones more significantly, and that Nicole, for one, is suffering. Hang in there, Snooki! At the very least, here’s hoping your delivery goes more smoothly this time around…
