Mizzou Footballer Says He’s Gay, Makes History
Michael Sam, a former defensive lineman for the Missouri Tigers, made history on Sunday (February 9) when he publicly revealed he is gay. Sam becomes the first openly gay man with potential to be drafted by the National Football League this year. In an interview with ESPN, recent graduate said, “I am an openly, proud gay man,” while the NFL responded with, “We admire Michael Sam’s honesty and courage.” Three cheers for equality and acceptance in sports!

Shia LaBeouf Wears Bag, Acts Bizarre In Berlin
The actor, in Berlin to promote his new film “Tweeted almost daily since January 13, the star posed for photos not unlike any of the other stars. The unusual red carpet wear comes on the heels of LaBeouf’s bizarre behavior at a press conference earlier that day, in which he responded to a reporter’s question about the movie’s sex scenes by saying, “When the seagulls follow the trawler, it is because they think sardines will be thrown into the sea,” and i mmedaitely walking out.

‘X-Factor’ Cancelled, Cowell Heads Back To U.K.
After three seasons and nine different judges, Fox has pulled the plug on ‘The X-Factor.’ Show creator Simon Cowell will return to his home country of England to reclaim the reigns on the British version of the same show that’s been significantly more successful across the pond. Cowell blames the “overkill” of “talent shows on.” In other news, “The Voice” returns two weeks from today.

‘Game Of Thrones’ Is Coming…
In anticipation of the show’s upcoming fourth season, HBO released a 15 minute ‘Game Of Thrones’ special featuring interviews with producers, writers and actors looking back and preparing for what’s ahead. Serving as a sort of extended video teaser, a few lucky fans freaked when their Twitter questions were answered by the stars. ‘Game Of Thrones’ returns April 6.
