2014 hasn’t started off slow for Justin Bieber. Last week, there was egg-gate. Now, the singer faces trouble with the police yet again. In a less drastic drama, both The Wanted and the Young Money family are facing changes while the Vampire Diaries celebrates a monumental episode.
Justin Bieber Arrested For DUI
A mere week after the infamous egg-gate, Bieber is dealing with the law again after being arrested in Miami on DUI and drag racing charges. Driving a rented Lamborghini in the early morning hours, the singer was stopped in Miami Beach, where he was photographed earlier this week visiting a strip club. Though little is known about the arrest at press time, one thing’s for sure: Bieber’s drama seems to be driving full speed ahead.
YMCMB Preps For ‘Rise Of An Empire’
Five years after their hit compilation “We Are Young Money,” the Birdman-led hip-hop family is preparing for another hit-spawning collaboration. Drake, Nicki Minaj, Lil Wayne, Tyga and more will come together for an “excellent family effort” dropping later this year, featuring some recently released singles by the artists, including “We Alright” and “Trophies.”
The Wanted Announce Hiatus’
Only a few months after their third album premiered, the Brit boys of The Wanted have decided to take some time apart. Following their Word Of Mouth tour, which wraps stateside in mid May, the fivesome will take an indefinite break to “pursue personal endeavours.” Though the band’s announcement stressed they would continue to work together as The Wanted in the future, we’re excited to see what comes from the solo projects. Here’s hoping for many more Nathan Sykes / Ariana Grande duets.
