On Wednesday, Bieber turned himself in to Toronto police in connection with an assault charge brought on by a limo driver who claims he was hit repeatedly over the back of the head. Charged with one count of assault, he’s scheduled to appear in Canadian court March 10th. It’ll be the second time in front of a judge for him that month; the singer will be in Florida on February 14th to plead not guilty in the DUI charge he’s facing from last week.
