One look at Riley the dog, and you know that he’s the raddest canine. Those goggles? The way he effortlessly sports a harness? They way he… wait, is he about to jump out of a plane?!

Wow. Riley, a 4-year-old Dachshund took the plunge down to Earth with his owner Nathan Batiste, 38, who has made more than 400 jumps in his life. This one, however, was the best dive he’s ever experienced, he said.

Riley looks cool and calm as he makes his way to the ground (where, hopefully, there was a treat waiting). He tucks his paws pleasantly, acting as if the jump was just an intense session of sticking his head out the car window. This pup had the time of his life.

Though they’re still playing coy as a new couple, Ariana Grande and Big Sean are clearly the perfect match for each other.

Want to know how we know that? Well, because they both share the love for the “best month of the year”: October.

The new couple was so pumped that the calendar read October 1 that they both tweeted their mutual enthusiasm over the yearly occurrence. Ariana, who’s already been rocking her Halloween cat ears for several months, started things off with wishing everyone a happy first day to her favorite month and followed that up a little later with a simple, “hell yeah October.”

Big Sean, who was seen holding hands with Ariana after leaving an “Saturday Night Live” after-party, got in on the harvest month as well, tweeting “I f—in love October man.” Clearly, Ariana agreed, since she retweeted her rumored boyfriend. See? Written in the stars!

So what we’ve concluded from this is that because they share the love of pumpkins, hayrides and Halloween (and possibly pumpkin spice lattes, because you can’t love October and not love those), they’re probably going to live happily ever after.

“Girl Code“‘s outspoken redhead pinkhead, Carly Aquilino, who had audiences cackling as per usual on the show’s Season 3 premiere last night, told Glamour that she absolutely loves interacting with fans over Twitter, but that one particularly hairy social media exchange may have put her off Internet-convos.

“[A guy] tweeted at me, ‘If you retweet me, I’m going to shave your face into my back,’” she began. “And I retweeted like, ‘LOL.’ Within a half hour, it was my face on his back. I wish I had a screenshot of this. His girlfriend shaved my face into his hairy man-back and put red where my hair was. It wasn’t even an artistic thing — it was a smiley face with red hair.” And suddenly, Happy Gilmore signing a woman’s cleavage seems completely tame.

Still, for the most part, Carly says she loves chatting with her followers, who ask her questions on everything from hair maintenance tips to Tinder-etiquette. But there’s one topic she’s always a little wary of diving into.

“The teenage groups just want to talk about their boyfriends because it’s new to them — ‘How do I deal if I just got my heart broken?’ Those are things, unfortunately, that just everybody has to live through. That’s the most devastating thing in your world, so I always feel for them.”

Zoe Saldana is having twins, you guys! And that news is made cuter by the way she announced it on Wednesday night.

Even though friend Britney Spears already spilled the beans, the “Guardians of the Galaxy” actress cleverly snuck the confirmation into an E! News interview at the opening of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences’ Hollywood Costume exhibit in L.A. When asked if she was going to dress up for Halloween, Saldana slyly responded:

“I might. I might need three costumes,” she said, looking down at her belly. “I might have to make some adjustments, but it would be nice.”

Salanda, who is approximately five months pregnant, walked the red carpet last night with husband Marco Perego. News broke that the couple were expecting in July. This will be the first child — ahem, I mean children — for the two, who secretly married in July 2013.

By now, you should be most of the way through the complex emotional process of accepting that more “Twilight” movies are in the works — which means that it’s time to start looking ahead to more important things, like entering the contest to direct one of them.

As MTV News reported earlier this week a multi-phase competition is in the works to find five aspiring female filmmakers, who will be selected by a panel of powerful women — among them Stephenie Meyer, Kristen Stewart, Kate Winslet, Octavia Spencer, and “Twilight” director Catherine Hardwicke — to direct short films featuring characters from the “Twilight” universe. And while no details have been released yet about exactly when and how the contest will kick off, it’s never too early to start studying up on your “Twilight” moviemaking technique, with this list of essential tips.

1. Make sure you know the difference between a Denali and a Volturi.

2. Re-read every “Twilight” book to get totally immersed in the Twiliverse.

3. Buy body glitter in bulk.

4. Also, red contact lenses.

5. Start scouting multi-million dollar homes, Brazilian private islands, and secret underground enclaves in Italy for your characters to hang out in.

6. Remember: vampires prefer to hunt in haute couture, so budget for wardrobe accordingly.

7. Give Charlie Swan’s mustache as much screen time as possible. It’s a crowdpleaser.
