By our watch, it’s just about time for the Mashed Potato dance move to make a comeback in a big way. Luckily for us, we have the brand new trailer, debuted by Yahoo!, for the James Brown biopic, “Get On Up,” to show us how.

Chadwick Boseman, who knocked it out of the park as Jackie Robinson in last year’s “42,” portrays the legendary musician. The film, directed by Tate Taylor (“The Help”), follows Brown through his difficult childhood and eventual career success and fame. Viola Davis plays absentee mom Susie Brown.

Oh, and you’re guaranteed to get at least one of Brown’s standards stuck in your head after watching this trailer. Sorry, we’re not sorry.

“Get On Up” is due out August 1.

One Direction fans are speaking out after video surfaced of Zayn Malik and Louis Tomlinson smoking weed, and some of them are not happy about it.

In fact, some are so distraught over the 5-minute clip, which has since been deleted, that they are ripping up and burning their Where We Are Tour tickets and leaving the One Direction fandom.

The Louis-narrated video features the two singers sharing a joint in the backseat of a car in Peru, which is legal to own if it is up to eight grams of marijuana and you do not possess any other drugs.

A rep for One Direction told E! News that “This matter is in the hands of our lawyers,” but fans are hoping to hear a personal apology from Zayn and Louis.

But not all fans are upset with the boys, saying that they “don’t care” and they will “always love and support them no matter what.”

June will mark almost 10 years since Dave Chappelle threw his massive Brooklyn Block Party, and maybe that’s the reason why he’s going all out for his upcoming shows at Radio City Music Hall in New York.

After selling out five nights, the comedian has continued to add new dates to his June schedule, and the most recent additions will include some of his musical friends.

Apparently Dave has decided to make this a real party, recruiting The Roots, Busta Rhymes, Erykah Badu, Janelle Monae, DJ Premier and a full orchestra to perform across three shows.

Look out, Superman and Batman, there’s a new hero in town! Where exactly is he to be found? Why, lurking in the shadows of Jenelle Evans’ Twitter. That’s right, we’re talking about the “Teen Mom 2” cast member’s boyfriend, Nathan Griffith, and the gym selfies his ladylove just shared with the masses.

While Jenelle is all swoon-like over her man’s pecs, she’s clearly missing the fact that now, should he feel so moved, Nathan could easily don a cape and become Super-Nathan, able to defend her and their unborn Kaiser bun from any and all trouble and danger. The world needs more real-life superheroes and we’re psyched to see that Nathan — and his newly primed physique — have not hesitated to step up to the plate. Who wants to write his theme song? Show of hands?

In this scenario, Jenelle’s definitely a Mary Jane type (sorry, Peter Parker, Nathan gets the girl). We say this solely because we love when her hair has any red in it whatsoever. And “Nathan Griffith: Superdad” is already primed for a sidekick! Kaiser is a dope, superhero-style name, and with such a ripped dad, he’s bound to have abs before the terrible two’s hit.

Can’t you picture it? Nathan and Kai, standing side-by-side, arms crossed, in coordinating ensembles. They bump into Batman, who’s all dark and brooding, and after Nathan gives a sufficient eye-roll, he and the little one hop into the Griffith-mobile and ride off into the night. It’s a spin-off ...

We’ve all had awkward moments with our families, but Jason Bateman, Tina Fey, Jane Fonda, Adam Driver and Corey Stoll are having a weeklong moment. The first trailer for the star-studded “This Is Where I Leave You” is here, starring all of the above as the Foxman clan (Fonda is the matriarch). After their father dies, the siblings are reunited for the funeral and the Jewish tradition of sitting shivah.

Based on the novel by Jonathan Tropper (who adapted his own work for the script), “This Is Where I Leave You” so far is a showcase for its cast’s comedic reality. Fey gets to punch a guy in the face, dubbing it a “princess cut,” and pinch Driver in the nipple. Fonda displays a pair of “bionic” chest accessories and gushes about her late husband’s nether regions, and so on and so forth.

Oh, and there’s a nice family listening session to a sexytimes marathon transmitted via baby monitor. Yowza.

Suffice to say, we can’t wait for this one.

If you ask us, Amy deserves a medal for keeping up with her “Faking It” charade. Not only did she reluctantly agree to be her best friend’s girlfriend to help Karma land Hester High School’s hottest guy, Liam, Amy also realized she has sincere feelings for Karma in the process, and has still managed to keep her cool. Last week, though, when Karma felt Liam slipping away, Karma suggested that she, Amy and Liam have a threesome in last-ditch desperation, and somehow, things got even more complicated for Amy.

At first, Amy was completely (and understandably) opposed to the thought of bedding her BFF and the hunky artist, but when Amy’s gay sight guide, Shane, gave the idea his thumbs-up, and argued it could help Amy determine whether she and Karma were romantically compatible, Amy decided to put her few lingering inhibitions aside and go for it.

Some sexy lingerie, lessons in foreplay and a motel room later, the trio was stuck in an awkward deadlock, unsure of how to kick off the romp. Unwilling to let the plan fall apart, Amy finally stepped up, kissed Karma, and then kissed Liam. But just when the windows started to get fogged up, Karma said she couldn’t follow through, and fled the scene. She’d been the tryst’s mastermind, but when she saw Amy and Liam lock lips, something didn’t sit well.

On tonight’s “Awkward” episode, though, she finally saw a worthy opponent in PHHS new girl, Eva, and though the former Manhattanite had been sweet so far, she proved she could unleash the claws when she felt compelled to scratch.

Tired of Sadie’s bitchy banter, the transfer student pulled out the big guns and threatened to show Sadie’s boyfriend a picture of the former head cheerleader snuggling up with Matty McKibben. The moment between the pals was genuinely innocent, but Eva suspected its leaking might lead to a breakup between Sadie and her guy. When Sadie came clean about kissing Matty — even though it meant nothing — Austin gave his girl the heave-ho and Eva proved herself to be a master manipulator. Icy, girl!

Later, when Eva noticed Matty and Jake, with whom she’d been drinking in Jake’s convertible, getting accosted by a police officer, she didn’t stop to help and, instead, ran in the opposite direction. True, she might not have been too much help much with the cop, but the fact that she’d been the one who organized the pregame, and then acted as if she had nothing to do with it at all, proved she was looking out for herself, first and foremost. The search for the man in the dark red devil suit is over.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Marvel and Netflix have found their new Daredevil: Charlie Cox.

While the official announcement hasn’t been made, THR reports that the “Boardwalk Empire” actor will play Matt Murdoch, the blind lawyer from Hell’s Kitchen who fights crime in the courtroom by day and uses his five remaining superhuman senses to battle villains like Bullseye and the Kingpin by night.

Cox’s casting as “the man without fear” comes just days after Marvel announced writer/director Drew Goddard’s departure from the planned series. Spartacus’ Steven S. DeKnight will replace him as the originally scripted drama’s showrunner.

Born in London, Cox is best known for his role as Tristan Thorne in 2007’s “Stardust,” and for playing Irish immigrant Owen Sleater on HBO’s juggernaut period crime drama. He’ll take on the role originally brought to life by Ben Affleck in the widely-panned 2003 feature film.

Daredevil, which will run for 13 episodes, is the first of five Marvel series slated for Netflix release. Shows centered on Jessica Jones, Iron Fist and Luke Cage are next in line for production, as well as a cumulative Defender series that will feature all five superheroes.

Production for Daredevil begins this summer in New York City, while the show is scheduled to premiere on the online streaming site sometime in 2015.

Like many 20somethings, Zayn Malik and Louis Tomlinson have smoked weed.

But unlike most, there’s video evidence that the One Direction superstars have smoked weed, and it’s going viral.

Around a month ago, the two were en route to their Where We Are show in Peru — a show that eventually turned sour — when they decided to light up a joint. Louis documented the whole thing, and the video was leaked online on the U.K’s Daily Mail on Tuesday (May 27).

Louis narrates their ride, as he and Zayn share a joint in the backseat. Louis suffers a three-second bit of paranoia — “I’m sure I can smell an illegal substance in there,” he says of a police officer riding a moped next to them, “and he’s hit the nail on the head” — and Zayn talks extensively about how much he likes Kid Rock’s book and warms up his vocal chords before the show.

“Zayn takes his job very seriously,” Louis says in the clip. “He makes sure he goes through a two-hour intense warm-up regime before every show, just to get himself in the zone. One very, very important factor to Zayn’s warm up, of course is Mary Jane herself. In fact I’m presenting it to him now for some fantastic singing.”

It is legal to own up to eight grams of marijuana in Peru for personal use, as long as you don’t possess any other drugs.

When “Pretty Little Liars” returns for its fifth (!!) season on June 10, Aria Montgomery, Emily Fields, and the rest of Rosewood’s dream team will once again face off with the oh-so-elusive A. With Ezra’s life in balance and Alison back on the scene, the action is sure to be crazier than ever, so Lucy Hale and Shay Mitchell took a trip down memory lane to remember the simpler times.

Err… maybe not.

“Aria Montgomery is such a fun role to play,” Hale explains. “And people are always asking me about my favorite scenes, so as we begin Season 5 of ‘Pretty Little Liars’ and are about to film our 100th episode, it seems like a pretty good time to pick out just a few of my own favorite Aria moments.”

Hale’s favorite Aria moments apparently include being terrorized via cell phone, fighting with Ezra and everybody’s favorite coffin on a train incident, so we take back what we said about “simpler times.” Mitchell’s favorite scenes are similar — we all remember Paige and that swimming pool — so buckle up, Liars. It’s going to be a wild ride.
