Justin Bieber‘s mug shot has surfaced, along with the police report from his Thursday-morning arrest on drag racing and DUI charges.
In his mugshot, Bieber is wearing what appears to be a jail-issued orange jumpsuit, and he has a faint smile on his face. Though, according to the police report obtained by TMZ, Bieber was less than jovial when he was pulled over early Thursday.
Bieber allegedly yelled “Why the f— are you doing this?” and “What the f— did I do? Why did you stop me?” at police, who wrote in their report that as they approached his Lamborghini, the singer smelled of alcohol, had bloodshot eyes and appeared to be in a “stupor.”
Police then attempted to perform a routine pat down on the singer, who claimed he wasn’t drunk and had just left a recording studio (several photographs actually placed him in a Miami nightclub before being arrested). Bieber reportedly told the officers “I ain’t got no f—ing weapons,” and reportedly kept placing his hands in his pants pocket.
After police ordered him to put his hands on his vehicle, Bieber complied, but soon took his hands off the car, and allegedly swore at an officer. The officer then grabbed Bieber by the right arm, and he responded by pulling his arm away, and asking “What the f— are you doing?”
The police report says Bieber was driving between 55 and 60 MPH in a 30 MPH residential area. According to the Miami Beach Police Department, the singer is still in custody, where he is being tested to precisely measure his blood alcohol level, and is currently awaiting a bail amount to be set. The singer also allegedly failed a field sobriety test at the scene.
