Mariah Carey Gets Us In The Valentine’s Mood With ‘You’re Mine (Eternal)’: Listen Now

Mariah Carey‘s getting us in the mood for Valentine’s Day!

The powerhouse diva released her brand new single, “You’re Mine (Eternal),” on Wednesday (February 12), the latest off her upcoming 14th album, The Art of Letting Go, which drops May 6.

Carey teamed up once again with hitmaker Rodney Jerkins for the catchy, romantic ballad. The song hypnotizes with a steady, soft beat that has Carey delicately singing about an old love. “I can’t seem to live without your love/ Suffocating here by myself/ Dying for your touch,” she sings.

Luckily for those fans, they’ll get plenty more when Mariah stops by MTV tonight to debut her music video for “You’re Mine (Eternal)” at 7:50 p.m. ET/PT on MTV. Following the premiere, Mariah will sit down with MTV correspondent Sway Calloway for an extended interview at 8 p.m. on MTV.com. Be sure to use the hashtag #AskMariah to tweet us your questions for her.

On top of all that, Lambs can feast on Carey’s new remix of the track, which features R&B crooner Trey Songz. (The pair teamed up back in 2009 for the song “Inseparable,” from her album Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel.)

“You’re Mine (Eternal)” will appear on Carey’s first album in five years, along with her Miguel duet, “#Beautiful,” and the title track,
