If You Make Out In Public, This Guy Won’t Hesitate To Photobomb You

by 24 mins ago

A lot of people look for love in all the wrong places, but not many of them upload a photo gallery about it. Earlier today, Imgur user bakr1 posted a thread of pics titled, “My Love Story,” which documents his unique talent at showing up in pictures of random people making out. Some people in the comments are calling him “creepy as f–k,” but others are just commenting on his resemblance to Robb Stark from “Game of Thrones.” Here are a few of our favorites:

This ‘Breaking Bad’ Reunion Video Is A Work Of Art

by 26 mins ago

Oh my jeez, stop it. Somebody call the Museum of the Moving Image because this? This right here? This is everything good and should be immortalized. This is “Breaking Bad” meets “Veep” meets reality television parody-levels of good. In fact, we’d call it small screen art.

Because that’s exactly what it is, packaged as an Emmy Award promo featuring Bryan Cranston, Aaron Paul, Julia Louis-Dreyfus …and a very special, very adorable surprise guest at the end (bitch).

This video could go up in a museum, for giving us beauty such as this. The best things in life truly are free, folks. Or at least are free to us, the viewers on the Internet for whom this advertisement to watch the 2014 Emmy Awards was made.

Because I mean just look at these moments of flawless perfection:

It feels good just to look at it, doesn’t it?

Too much exuberance for one person. Follow her on Twitter @alicialutes.

Bro Enters ‘Meet Taylor Swift’ Contest As Joke, Falls In Love With Her For Real

by 1 min ago

It’s probably fair to say that Taylor Swift’s fan base skews more female than male, but not many guys would turn down a chance to hang out at her place. And that’s exactly the choice BroBible writer Brandon Cohen made when his just-for-s–ts-and-giggles contest entry turned out to be a winning ticket for Swift’s New York City house party.

Cohen (who isn’t the dude in the above photo from the same event) saw a tweet from Swift “calling all NYC fans” to enter for a chance to attend a Yahoo livestream:

In order to enter, Cohen had to explain why he deserved the honor:

“I said something along the lines of, ‘Even though I’m a 28-year-old dude, I love Taylor and don’t care who knows it!’ But the thing is, I do care who knows it, so it was a LIE. HAHA!”

A few days later, Cohen was shocked to receive a call from a TaylorSwift.com representative, alerting him that he’d been selected, presumably from among thousands of genuine entries:

“‘[A]ren’t you excited?’

“‘Yes! So excited!’ I responded, trying my best to imitate how a normal person who was excited would sound.”

The rep warned Cohen not to share the details with ANYONE (“The problem there,” Cohen writes, “was that I couldn’t think of a single one of my friends who would give a s–t”). He showed up to the studio at 1 p.m., and quickly realized that he had very little in common with the other ...

J. Cole On Michael Brown’s Shooting: ‘It Coulda Been Me’

by 4 mins ago

Early Friday morning, J. Cole released “Be Free,” an aching, emotional song dedicated to Michael Brown. But he was so moved by the killing of the 18-year-old, that he then headed to Ferguson, Missouri, to be a part of the ongoing protests firsthand.

He talked briefly with Complex (though he stressed at the beginning, “I ain’t come down here to do no interviews”), and spoke passionately a bit about what he was feeling and seeing.

“We came down here to feel it, ’cause this is history, and we wanna be a part of this just like everybody else,” he said, adding that he felt like, “it coulda been you, it coulda been me, it coulda been our best friends.”

At first, when he heard the news about the incident, he admits that he wasn’t particularly taken aback. “It’s so regular, we just like, ‘Damn, that’s f–ked up. Again?’” But then he read up on what happened, and his feelings shifted. “It forced me to stop running from it.”

“At one point in time, me and [my friend] were sitting in the crib talking about this all the time. ‘This is f–ked up!’ And we was young. And we was 20. And we was passionate,” he continued. “It’s like, life goes on, and n—as start worrying about Instagram and reality TV, and ‘What’s popping,’ and ‘I got kids,’ and life happens. And a lot of ...

Beheadings And Blood Spills Aside, ‘Teen Wolf’ Benefactor Meredith Is Just Trying To Do Good

by 14 mins ago

So, it’s been revealed that Meredith is The “Teen Wolf” Benefactor, a shadowy mob boss who’s been sending assassins after werewolves, kitsunes and every non-human being in Beacon Hills. But if you’re willing to put aside the fact that innocent teens have been left headless under Meredith’s direction, the actress behind the character is certain that the girl’s got a good heart. Uhh, why not!

In the “Teen Wolf After After Show” below, Maya Eshet breaks down the big revelation from Monday night’s episode and insists it doesn’t mean that the meek, twitchy Meredith has suddenly become a cold-blooded Whitey Bulger.

“I think she’s trying to do good,” Maya explains of her character. “I think she’s confused and she has this idea of what would help the world, and that’s what she’s trying to do.”

So…maybe this is all one big understanding, and Meredith could reform? Maya is certainly keeping her fingers crossed.

“I’m hoping [Meredith's] sobering up a little bit,” she says. “That is what I would wish for her.”

For more from Maya, including a step-by-step guide on recreating Meredith’s creepy head-shake, watch the clip. And be sure to tune in to the next “Teen Wolf” episode Monday night at 10/9c!

Yay! 5SOS’ Calum Hood Is Gonna Be My Date To The VMAs

by 1 min ago

Sure, 5 Seconds of Summer are great as a whole; you better believe I’ll be rooting for every single one of them at the 2014 VMAs, where they’re performing live and are nominated for the Artist to Watch award and Best Lyric Video. But I’m a little ashamed to say that I, like many members of the 5SOSFam, would only really want to date one of them.

OK, I’m not that ashamed. In fact, I’ll shout it from the rooftops: I LOVE CALUM HOOD!

There. I said it.

Naturally, since we’re both going to the Video Music Awards this weekend, I thought maybe we could go together. What do you say, Calum?

Here’s why Calum would be my choice VMA escort:

First thing’s first, he’s the realest

calum

He knows how to strut. Talk about body confidence!

OK, so he’s not the most graceful. But I can keep him sturdy as we walk to our seats.

His guitar skills are unparalleled, although Luke comes pretty close. When they go onstage, I’ll be like, “That’s my date!!” SWOON!

Calum is always down to dance. Which is beneficial for when you want to dance to Usher during the show.

His T-shirt collection is matchless, but I’m hoping he’ll wear something more spiffy… and I’m hoping he’ll remember his pants.

‘Teen Mom 2”s Chelsea Is Finally A Licensed Esthetician

by 5 mins ago

Chelsea‘s hard work paid off on this week’s “Teen Mom 2episode: She finally got her esthetician license.

It hadn’t been all smooth sailing: After the young mom graduated from the program and took her exams, the Department of Labor notified her that they were withholding her license for allegedly breaking their protocol. A lot of back and forth — and a series of setbacks — followed.

So did a mini road trip: Chelsea was notified by her lawyer that she needed to make a long drive — eight hours in total — to meet with the cosmetology commission. There, she’d learn the laws surrounding her profession — and get her test results.

“I’m just ready for it to be done,” a resigned Chelsea told her mother Mary, before adding that she was trying not to get her hopes too high.

Mary offered her daughter some much-needed encouragement and explained that she didn’t think they’d make Chelsea travel a long distance only to reject her.

After a pep talk from her Dad — and her pal Britanee’s support during the long drive — it was time for Chelsea to learn her fate.

“I just got it!” the newly minted esthetician exclaimed after emerging from the meeting with her license. She had passed her tests with flying colors, garnering a score of 81 when she only needed a 75 to pass.

Like most professional journeys, Chelsea’s road to becoming an esthetician wasn’t without some bumps along the way. ...

Pharrell’s Hat Will Be On Display In A Museum, NBD

by 19 mins ago

If you ever wanted to see Pharrell‘s iconic Vivienne Westwood hat IRL but have had a hard time getting on Skateboard P’s calendar, you’re in luck! The hat is heading to the Newseum in Washington D.C. It’ll be on display starting this Friday (August 22) through October 26. How do I know? Oh, Arby’s told me in a Vine. Yeah, you read that sentence correctly. No, you’re not hallucinating.

If you can cast your memory back to March, you may recall that Pharrell auctioned off his Grammys hat for charity and for a cool $44,100, Arby’s became the proud owner of a brown “Buffalo Gals” hat. Arby’s is temporarily relinquishing its chance to stare at the hat all day, so others can check it out and, likely, take photos next to it. While we would love to try it on, obviously, that seems unlikely—it is in a museum, after all.

Between Pharrell’s hat and Beyonce’s outfits getting a museum exhibition, there seems to be a growing interest in seeing memorable outfits in person. I would love to see Lady Gaga’s fave flying attire in the flesh rhinestone, so if that could be the next major exhibit, I’d be very happy.

Jessica Alba Explains How The Girls Are As Bad As The Boys In ‘Sin City: A Dame to Kill For’

by 5 mins ago

By Charles Webb

Returning for her role as Sin City exotic dancer Nancy Callahan, actress Jessica Alba won’t let the guys be the only ones playing the badasses in the Robert Rodriguez/Frank Miller-directed “Sin City: A Dame to Kill For.” This time, Nancy gets in on the action.

Speaking with MTV at a recent L.A. junket, Alba explained some of the changes that her character went through between the films, and how the women of Sin City get to be as dangerous as its men this time out.

“In the first ‘Sin City,’ the men are the leads and the characters that you follow,” Alba explained. “And in this one, you get to have a woman who’s part of it, which is pretty cool.”

Alba said that with Nancy joining Gail (Rosario Dawson) and Miho (Jamie Chung) on the action, “A Dame to Kill For” is, “an awesome mix of these really sexy, brooding, cool, awesome dudes and these hot, kick-ass chicks.”

When asked if she thought the women of “Sin City” were allowed a little more dimension than the men – usually hardened killers, bent on revenge – Alba defended some of the “good guys” among the gun-toting toughs.

“Josh Brolin [Dwight] isn’t a crazed killer,” Alba countered. “No! He believes in the greater good. And you know, Joseph Gordon-Levitt’s [Johnny] character just wants to connect with who he really is. He’s got a heart of gold.”

Nancy was the heart and soul of 2004′s “Sin City,” the only character who ...
