Chicago, IL — We already know that Lorde has some amazing dance moves. She brought the entire arsenal for her main stage set on Friday (August 1) at Lollapalooza. The hair was insane, her body was shaking and quaking all through “Tennis Court,” “Team” and, of course, “Royals” and she thanked the massive crowd profusely for showing up.

“This is more people than in my whole town, my whole high school and everyone at the airport in New Zealand… it’s really f—ing cool,” she said.

But as much as she moved and flipped her signature forest of hair, I was mesmerized by one Ryan Bartlett, 23, a recent transplant to Chicago from Dayton, Ohio. You see, Ryan is truly the Lorde of the Dance.

It’s here, everyone! The reason you’ve been hoarding that pile of old Teen Vogue magazines from your adolescence is finally right in front of your face. Rollback to the year 2003 and you’ll find actress Lena Dunham posing in her best platform sandals right there on the contributors’ page, bumping shoulder with the likes of Anna Wintour’s daughter Bee.

The “Girls” star took a stroll down memory lane Friday evening (August 1) with throwback of her 17-year-old self, writing, “Holy crap @beeshaffer found our @teenvogue contributor page from 2003! Look @amytastley! ‘We’re all pretty different, which is great’ says Bee’ <3"

Lena’s not the only succeeding member of the oh-three crew. Selby Drummond is currently Vogue‘s Accessories Editor. Lana Barkin, niece of actress Ellen Barkin, was in some weirdo rap video full of celebbrity Harvard students called “Pussy Breath.” Nneya Richards is running her own creative consulting firm called Double N Rich. Annabelle Dexter-Jones is finding her footing as a design maven and actress.

And, well, Bee Shaffer snagged a role segment producing for “Late Night With Seth Meyers.”

I think we can all agree time travel would be pretty cool. And in the new short film “No Regrets,” premiered by Complex, Joey Bada$$ gets to experience just that.

The Rik Cordero-directed clip introduces us to a grown Joey — from 2062, with a bald head, goatee, and fancy suit. That man then heads back in time to 2012 to watch his younger self come of age: sweeping floors, playing empty shows, meeting a girl he falls in love with.

After that meeting, we get glimpses of the next few decades of the Brooklyn native’s life, from the birth of his child to that child’s graduation to the death of his wife. Nowhere do we see his musical pursuits, and the piece seems to suggest he chose love over a rap career.

But that’s not the path that he chose in this world, as his debut album, B4DA$$, is due later this year. No regrets? Only time will tell.

Chicago, IL — The packed field at Perry’s Tent for Iggy Azalea was insane during the “Fancy” rapper’s dinnertime set at Lollapalooza on Friday (August 1). The parade of sweaty, exhausted bodies coming over the barricade up front was endless and the gyrating bodies during, “Bounce” felt like they were going to set off an earthquake.

Iggy gave them what they wanted, with a bit of “F— Love” and “Work,” so nobody had anything to complain about. Except, well, it was almost impossible to get close because the crowd was so thick. So, one enterprising fan decided to climb up a tree near the stage so she could get a better look and snap a… selfie.

For as weird as the original comic books are, it’s amazing that the new “Guardians of the Galaxy” film is as faithful to the source material as it is.

There’s the Kree, the Nova Corps. Hell, there’s even a severed Celestial head. But for every piece of the books that the movie incorporates, there are a few places where “Guardians of the Galaxy” diverts from the cosmic comics.

Here are the biggest changes made to the characters, setting and mythology in “Guardians of the Galaxy.”

Kyln

Not that the cinematic version of Marvel’s space prison was a luxury resort, but the Kyln from the comics is a much darker place. The giant penitentiary on the edge of our universe is more of a city than a cell block, as we see in the movie. Inmates there are essentially receiving a slow-motion death sentence, since most don’t survive three years.

This is where Marvel reintroduced the world to Peter Quill. The cosmic hero had turned himself in after playing a role in the destruction of a lunar colony, a sacrifice that saved countless others. While in Kyln, Quill added cybernetic enhancements to his face, which the Kree later removed when forming the proto Guardians of the Galaxy.

Not only is Lorde contributing a new single (penned with eternal partner Joel Little) to “The Hunger Games: MockingJay – Part 1,” she’s also curating the entire soundtrack.

We imagine that this experience will be like being given an amazing mixtape by your much cooler friend — a mixtape that also includes Jennifer Lawrence.

Because the thing is, in addition to writing tunes that give Dave Grohl hope for the future of music, the 17-year-old also has pretty stellar taste. She wore a Cramps T-shirt on the cover of Rolling Stone, guys. That had me, for one, doing the crusher.

As we wait for the denizens of Lorde’s tracklist to be revealed, we made a few guesses ourselves as to who she will include. Check out our list — informed by a mix of hunches and compelling evidence — below:

1.) Lo-Fang

Early this year, Lorde took multi-instrumentalist Lo-Fang (a.k.a. Matthew Hemerlein) on tour with her after choosing his track “#88″ as one of her top songs of 2013. Lo-Fang’s moody, classically tinged jams would make perfect mood music for the “Hunger Games” film.

2.) Majical Cloudz

The next band to hit the road with Lorde will be Canada’s Majical Cloudz, of which Lorde said, “If you haven’t seen this man perform you are in for an intensely emotional and raw treat,” referring to lead singer Devon Welsh. The band’s “Childhood’s End” sounds like it was written for the “Hunger Games” trilogy.

What are you trying to do to us, “Once Upon A Time?”

The show keeps adding more and more “Frozen” characters to its season four cast — Pabbie the Troll King and Prince Hans were added to the roster earlier this week — but one major character is noticeably missing from ABC’s first look at the cast. Anna, where are you?

Hat-tip to Bustle for coming up with this theory weeks ago, but it wasn’t until now that we seriously started to buy into it — guys, is Anna dead? All six of these first look photos prominently feature Georgina Haig as Elsa, while Scott Michael Foster as Kristoff and even Sven the reindeer show up as well, but Elizabeth Lail’s Anna is yet to show up at all, despite that fact that “Frozen Upon A Time” has been filming up in Vancouver for weeks now.

Gone are the days when Kim Kardashian’s big butt protruded and she had a waist so thin.

What am I talking about? Those are still the days! Kim doesn’t seem to think so, though. Friday morning (August 1), the reality starlet posted a throwback photo from five years ago, implying that she could bear to lose 20 pounds after reminiscing about “lighter” times.

But hello! You’re a human, Kim K — not a Barbie. Humans are not meant to be static, plastic-perfect beings. You’re supposed to change, fluctuate and be dynamic. So you’re longing for the person you used to be? Be who you are in this moment.

That said, Kardashian has every right to want to go to the gym and get her workout on. It’s great feeling healthy — as long as you’re striving to be your best self today, not yesterday.

Of course, Kim’s fans came to her side, getting all Gretchen Weiners on their Regina George. “You are good right now,” wrote one Instagram fan, while another echoed her, “I think you’re even more gorgeous now.”
