Five long years ago, “Zombieland” shuffled and chewed its way into our hearts — and for five long years, we’ve been waiting for the sequel that director Ruben Fleischer enthusiastically promised us was totally in the works.

After all this time, it seemed like it might never happen. But today, the sounds of undead moaning can at last be heard emanating from Hollywood with renewed vigor! According to The Hollywood Reporter, “Zombieland 2″ is finally moving forward. Sony has officially tapped “Godzilla” scribe Dave Callaham to work the script, with Fleischer overseeing.

After so many years of stagnation on this project (including an abortive attempt at an Amazon-led TV series last year), it’s unclear whether they’ll still be able to bring back the whole cast from the first film as originally planned — particularly Emma Stone, who’s gone from new kid on the block to mega-star in the years since she co-starred in “Zombieland.” But one thing’s for sure: as long as Fleischer returns to direct, we can eagerly look forward to another sure-to-be cult favorite film, and one with lots and lots of 3D projectile zombie splatter all over the camera. Tracy Morgan’s injuries from a devastating six-car accident in June are so serious that the comedian may never be able to perform live again. Morgan, who is suing Walmart over the accident that landed him in critical condition, is in the midst of intensive therapy and lawyer Benedict Morelli told the New York Post that it’s unclear when, or if, the 45-year-old star will take the stage again.

“The jury’s still out,” Morelli reportedly told the paper. “The doctors don’t know the answer. I don’t know the answer.” Morelli said Morgan’s daily routine includes speech, cognitive and physical therapy.

Morgan is suing Walmart over the accident, in which the comedian and three others were injured — and friend and fellow comedian James “Jimmy Mack” McNair was killed — claiming that the retail giant should have known their driver Kevin Roper was “fatigued” when he caused the pile-up. On Monday, Walmart responded, claiming, in part, that Morgan’s injuries “were caused, in whole or in part, by plaintiffs’ failure to properly wear an appropriate available seatbelt restraint device.”

The Walmart comment elicited a scathing response from Morgan, who released a statement on Monday excoriating the company for attempting to shift the blame. “I can’t believe Walmart is blaming me for an accident that they caused,” he said.

On the latest episode of “Sons of Anarchy,” titled “Poor Little Lambs,” the fit finally hit the shan. Jax Teller’s warpath against the Lin Triad blew back on Charming in a very literal way, with a grenade exploding right in the heart of town, and several of Jax and Nero’s associates at Diosa gunned down in cold blood. The Triad’s retaliation against SAMCRO makes it clear that Jax’s plan has backfired — and it’s backfired against all the wrong people.

Where does Jax go from here? And who is ultimately responsible for the bloodbath? Let’s try to answer those questions, and more:

1. Who Do We Blame?

Do we blame Gemma for killing Tara, lying about Lin, and starting this mess? Do we blame Jax for pursuing his vengeance so recklessly? Do we blame the other Sons for not reining Jax in enough? Do we blame Jury for ratting out the club? Do we blame the Triad themselves for pulling the trigger? Who do we blame for the deaths at Diosa and the bombing in Charming? It’s a simple question — with no simple answers.

2. Does Jax Have a Plan B?

…sounded eerily similar to NFG’s own “It’s Not Your Fault.”

He then suggested that he should “get a cut” of the profits, although common sense should tell you he was joking.

Nonetheless, excuse me while I go scream “DON’T GO UP THOSE STAIRS” at my computer screen because this just wasn’t going to end well.

The Paramore frontwoman, who has been dating Gilbert since 2008, chimed in on the recently released Four single, writing: “Beginning of that new 1D song couldn’t sound any more like the beginning of @newfoundglory’s ‘its not your fault.’”

She even threw in that “But that’s none of my business” meme of Kermit sipping tea to hammer home the point that shade had been thrown — even if said “shade” wouldn’t really meet the textbook definition of the word as laid out in “Paris Is Burning.” We can argue that point of semantics later, but right now I need to cover my eyes because I know what’s about to happen.

Let’s hope Chris Brown was wearing a bulletproof vest over the weekend, because his frenemy, Drake, might have fired a couple shots in the “New Flame” singer’s direction.

The OVO’s head owl was on the last leg of his Drake Vs. Lil Wayne tour at the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion in The Woodlands, Texas, when he decided to bust out some of Brown’s signature dance moves during Weezy’s “Loyal” performance.

“I just been listening to too much Breezy lately, you know? I just haaaad to do it,” he said.

That would have been fine if Drizzy had left it right there, but the “Worst Behavior” MC didn’t leave well enough alone. He had to work in a punchline about his and Chris’ mutual ex: “Man, I shoulda brought that sh-t out earlier. Maybe I coulda made that sh-t work with Rihanna a little better.”

Ouch.

Hopefully that little jab won’t undo the hatchet-burying these two hit-makers did over the summer, like the skit at the ESPYs and all that time spent in the studio together.

As for the “Diamonds” singer? Well, she doesn’t exactly take kindly to anything even remotely anti-Rihanna, but we’ll just have to wait and see.

After weeks of assaults on the Lin Triad, August Marks, and basically anyone else careless enough to cross his path, Jax Teller finally suffered blowback right at home in Charming. Friends, colleagues, cops — you name it — were caught up in the crossfire between the Sons of Anarchy and their misguided revenge quest against the wrong enemy. Nothing, and no one, is safe anymore.

Here’s what went down:

A Charming War

Henry Lin promised that he would turn Charming into “a god damn killing field,” and he certainly delivered. Someone informed Lin that the Sons were responsible for the attack on their buyers back in “Toil and Till.” That someone remains a mystery, but come on — it’s totally Jury.

Whoever ratted, the results are clear: Lin’s men toss a grenade into Scoops and nearly wipe out every single key member of SAMCRO, as well as Charming’s new sheriff Althea Jarry, who already had one hell of a blood-soaked day on her hands. (More on that in a second.) They survive, but barely.

The women at Diosa are not so lucky. Lin sends a hit squad to SAMCRO and Nero’s joint venture and shoots the whole place up, killing escorts and patrons alike, including Jax’s former fling Colette. And at the docks in Stockton, all the weapons the Sons were guarding are gone, with recent recruit Orlin West killed in the process.
