Shia LaBeouf Gets It On In New ‘Nymphomaniac’ Trailer

Fun fact: Shia LaBeouf was once famous, and he starred movies. One of those films was the two-part sexual epic by Lars von Trier, "Nymphomaniac." The film has been playing at festival around the world, including a secret screening at Sundance in January, and now its US release in March is quickly approaching.

The first US theatrical trailer for the tamer domestic cut — the other version includes the actors digitally added to hardcore sex scenes performed by porn stars — offers a glimpse of what stateside audiences can expect. While the version we'll be able to see on demand on March 6 and in select theaters on March 21 doesn't include all of the graphic sex of the uncut version, it is still earning the rave reviews.

The preview, which just debuted over at Yahoo!, only covers the first half of the story, but serves as an introduced to the story of the sex-obsessed heroine, Joe, and the film's unique tone.

"Nymphomaniac" is told largely through flashbacks. In the present, Joe (Charlotte Gainsbourg) recounts the story of her sexual history to Seligman (Stellan Skarsgård), the man who finds her beaten in a bar and is now nursing her back to health.

From there, the film follows young Joe, played by Stacy Martin, as she explores her sexuality and sleeps with guys that look like formerly famous person Shia LaBeouf.

The second half of "Nymphomaniac" opens in theaters in April. On demand for that portion is expected for late March.

"Nymphomaniac" opens in theaters on March 21. It hits on demand on March 6.

‘About Last Night’ Star Kevin Hart Shares His Wingman Commandments

Kevin Hart was 7 years old when the original came out. That 1986 gem starring Demi Moore, Rob Lowe and James Belushi followed a couple whose friends did not approve of their hook-up, and it taught a generation about when it's appropriate for you to say "I love you" first and what it feels like when love is real but seems kind of wrong.

The remake, which hits theaters on Friday (February 14), stars Hart, Michael Ealy, Regina Hall and Joy Bryant in a story about, well, another impossibly good-looking couple who drunkenly hook-up only to find that their friends, well, you get the point.

"I'm a great wingman in real life," Hart told MTV News, as co-star Hall looked on with just a shade of disbelief on her face. "You need somebody to understand their position."

So, for those of you looking for love in all the wrong places, here are the rules of wingman etiquette from the cast of the film:

1. Be A Fall Guy
"I need you to take up this person's time to allow me to do what I need to do over here," Hart explained. Maybe that entails convincing a lady that he's a nice guy, or making a sexual proposal or perhaps just untangling himself from a prior commitment.

2. Tell The Truth
Bryant said honesty is king when it comes to wingwomanness.

3. Don't Project
For Ealy, the key is for your right-hand man to not put his drama on your relationship. "That I don't have with that little bastard right there," he said, pointing to Hart. "He ...

Drake Responds To Rolling Stone Philip Seymour Hoffman Cover Controversy

Drake must have been feeling the love this Valentine's Day, as Friday (February 14), he took to his blog to apologize for Thursday's Twitter attack on Rolling Stone following the publication's decision to replace the artist's cover spot with the recently departed Philip Seymour Hoffman.

"With today being the 5th anniversary of So Far Gone I figured it's fitting to return to its place of its origin in order to clear the air about an extremely emotional day," Drizzy wrote, referring to his critically acclaimed 2009 mixtape.

"I completely support and agree with Rolling Stone replacing me on the cover with the legendary Phillip [sic] Seymour Hoffman. He is one of the most incredible actors of our time and a man that deserves to be immortalized by this publication," he wrote.

Thursday, Drake hit Twitter to contest certain quotes in his Rolling Stone article, specifically those related to sometime rival Kanye West.

The magazine quotes Drizzy as saying of the Yeezus track "I'm In It": "There were some real questionable bars on there... Like that 'Swaghili' line? Come on, man. Even Fabolous wouldn't say some sh— like that."

On Twitter, the YMCMB hitmaker denied the quote, saying: "I never commented on Yeezus for my interview portion of Rolling Stone. They also took my cover from me last minute and ran the issue."

He also tweeted, "I'm disgusted with that. RIP to Phillip [sic] Seymour Hoffman. All respect due. But the press is evil."

A rep from Rolling Stone confirmed to MTN News that the quotes are accurate.

Drizzy's apology does not mention the ...

8 Romantic Movies That’ll Ruin Your Valentine’s Day

That is, unless you make a fatal error when it comes time to choose your film. For beware, young lovers: some of those so-called "romantic" movies will kill your Valentine's Day buzz faster than a Rick Astley musical greeting card. In keeping with the grand tradition of Nicholas Sparks screen adaptations, this film is a delightful love story ... that will leave you feeling utterly dissatisfied with your own relationship to the point of abject despair. In this case, you will end your evening tormented by the knowledge that if you were dying of cancer, your significant other would not prove his love by building you a telescope with his bare hands. Whether you even want a telescope is beside the point. The point is, you will never have one, and you're going to cry about it.

Though "The Last Song" was plenty cute when it first came out, seeing Miley Cyrus in the role of a young brunette ingénue opposite her now-ex-fiancé Liam Hemsworth now comes with way too much emotional baggage ...

Can Kevin Hart Reclaim The Box Office Crown From ‘LEGO’?

Everything was awesome for Kevin Hart until "The LEGO Movie" came along.

"Ride Along," the comedic actor's collaboration with Ice Cube, cruised through a three-week streak atop the box office before it was stopped in its tracks by a bunch of (plastic) bricks. "The LEGO Movie" ended Hart's reign with a $69 million debut. The star-power of the "LEGO" ensemble, the enduring popularity of the classic toys and overwhelmingly positive reviews were too much to handle.

Now Hart returns with the Valentine's Day-friendly "About Last Night," a remake of the 1986 romantic comedy (itself based on a David Mamet play) that starred Rob Lowe, Demi Moore and Elizabeth Perkins. The 2014 update features Hart, Michael Ealy, Regina Hall, Joy Bryant and Paula Patton. Box office experts predicted a second win for "LEGO."

Coming Soon's "Weekend Warrior" columnist Edward Douglas predicted as much as $50 million for "The LEGO Movie" over the holiday weekend, with "About Last Night" a distant second at $24.2 million. Box Office Mojo predicted a much closer race in the $40 million range, but still gave the edge to "LEGO."

Entertainment Weekly bumped "About Last Night" down to #3 in favor of another '80s remake. The $120 million update of "

Alex Pettyfer ("Magic Mike") and Gabriella Wilde (who was in last year's remake of the 1976 horror flick "Carrie") star opposite each other in yet another '80s remake, "Endless Love." The poorly reviewed romantic drama should open at #5 with somewhere around $15 million.

The even more badly reviewed "Winter's Tale" likely won't crack the top 5 at all. ...

‘American Idol’ Recap: Fake-Outs Fuel Fast Train To Finals

"American Idol" rounded out its top 30 on Thursday — well, top 31, but we'll get to that in a minute.

The reveals were marked by the usual linguistic fake-outs by the judges, where they set up contestants for crushing disappointment only to pull the old switcheroo on them at the last minute — even if that meant they wound up not making any sense whatsoever. Typical example: "We could only take the very best of the best this year, and it's really hard to tell you this, because we really thought you had a chance of winning it all this year, but unfortunately, we are very sorry to have to break the news to you that you... are... one of the finalists!"

Early frontrunner Marrialle Sellars said she "forgot how to breathe" when the judges passed her through after acting like they were going to drop her. But contestant Briston Maroney's reaction was the night's best: "You are a wicked man," Maroney told Harry Connick Jr., after he set him up for rejection.

However the contestants made it, the important thing is that they made it. Here are the big moments from the final episode before "Idol" goes live next week.

Cliffhanger Resolved
Wednesday's show wrapped with C.J. Harris and Casey Thrasher in the hot seats awaiting their fates at the hands of the judges. They even had to sing for their lives, after the judges told them only one of them would be able to go to the next round. Alas, they needn't have worried; both of the country soul men ...

Kevin Hart’s ‘About Last Night’: The Reviews Are In

Kevin Hart is already having a big year. And it could get even bigger this weekend.

The comedian headlines an ensemble cast in which also stars talented actors Michael Ealy, Regina Hall and Joy Bryant in a raunchy rom-com remake of the 1986 movie.

Back then, burgeoning stars Rob Lowe and Demi Moore shared the screen with James Belushi and Elizabeth Perkins.

The plot is standard romantic-comedy fare about the trials and tribulations of dating in the city. Ealy and Bryant are the lead couple who begin dating after best friends, played by Hart and Hall, set them up on a blind date. The story line does deviate a bit from the original, though, by giving Hart and Hall a love story of their own.

So is "About Last Night" a keeper? See what critics had to say about the flick, opening Friday (February 14).

Hart and Hall (And A Chicken Costume) Steal The Show
"Much more entertaining is the on-again-off-again banter between Hart and Hall, constantly gnawing at each other to delightful effect; Hart extends his brand of wide-eyed facial movements and uncontrollable volume levels, well paired with Hall's viciously snappy gestures and punchy tone. Their characters' relationship is rife with nasty paybacks, kooky sex, and eventually a witty retort that brings the film closer to Mamet's original takeaway." — Peter Labuza, Variety

Raunchy With A Heart Of Gold
"In its own way, it's as raunchy as Mamet's text, which got a lot of attention for its dialogue about the taste of bodily fluids and such. But the new movie's heart belongs ...
