‘Full House’ Cast Reunites In Jimmy Fallon’s Bedroom

If you ever wanted to know what happened to predictability, the milk man and the paper boy, look no further than evening TV — specifically, last night's edition of "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon," which featured an impromptu .

Danny Tanner, Jesse Katsopolis and Joey Gladstone reunited to offer the outgoing "Late Night" host some life lessons and advice as he prepares to become the new head honcho over at "The Tonight Show." The madness begins with Fallon waking up in the middle of the night, in a bedroom that looks an awful lot like Michelle Tanner's old room. Cue the arrival of Danny, Uncle Jesse and Joey, all played by original actors Bob Saget, John Stamos and Dave Coulier — all of them older, but no less wiser, than they were in their "Full House" heyday.

"Everything's going to be fine," Uncle Jesse says as reassuringly as possible. "You're leaving 'Late Night,' but you're taking over 'The Tonight Show.' Do you have any idea how cool that is?"

But that's not enough for Fallon, who says he's still going to miss "Late Night." "I've been doing this for five years," he says. "So many special moments. So many great musical guests. Paul McCartney, Bruce Springsteen ..."

"...Jesse and the Rippers," Jesse reminds him.

"Yeah, they were okay," Fallon sulks. "I think they were lip-syncing."

There's a lot more where that came from as the scene wears on, with all three of the "Full House" characters playing to their familiar strengths. It's just the latest team-up for Saget, Stamos and Coulier, as the three ...

‘American Idol’ Recap: New Frontrunner Sings With ‘Hunger, Desire And Desperation’

Wednesday's "American Idol" opened on Casey Thrasher of Tuscaloosa, Alabama, four months before his audition. He was feeding his baby girl and rocking her to sleep while an episode of "American Idol" could be heard in the background.

The next we see him, Thrasher is in the chamber of dreams, or whatever this year's producers are calling the little holding cell before contestants enter the room — with J. Lo, Harry Connick Jr. and Keith Urban. "Idol" doesn't foreshadow like this for just any old contestant, so it was clear from the jump that Thrasher would play a big part in not only the episode, but the season to come.

Sure enough, that cold open was a tease for Thrasher's audition, which closed the two-hour Salt Lake City auditions. We learned that Thrasher, 22, lived in his aunt's home and was working every "crummy job" trying to provide for his babies, ages 2-and-a-half and six months. A year earlier, Thrasher promised Keith Urban outside the CMA Awards that he was going to meet him again one day, and Urban had told him, "I believe in you, brother!" Hence Thrasher's audition song: "Believe" by Brooks and Dunn.

He didn't disappoint. Thrasher sang with a mix of honestly, power and vulnerability that immediately made him stand out from the pack. "I love you," Lopez told him. "Everything wasn't 100 percent perfect throughout the whole thing, but it had so much feeling. There is a real voice there, I believed what you were saying, I just loved it, I really did."

"What I love about you ...

Is Rogue Still In ‘X-Men: Days Of Future Past’ After All?

Anna Paquin's Rogue is not in — or so we thought.

After filming her role as the powers-absorbing mutant for Bryan Singer's first "X-Men" film in over ten years, Paquin's Rogue was ultimately cut from the final edit of "Days of Future Past," announced last month. That's why it was so surprising to see Rogue still standing on one of Empire Magazine's new covers for "Days of Future Past." If Rogue was out of the mix, why was she still featured as part of the film's marketing campaign?

Well, the very obvious and pragmatic reason for Rogue's inclusion on an Empire cover, is that it helps the magazine achieve its grand total of 25 covers. But it appears there's more to the story than that cynical answer. Speaking with Empire, writer Simon Kinberg acknowledged that Rogue's "one real sequence in the movie" has indeed been cut. ("We felt like it was taking tension out of the main story drive," he said.) But Singer added an enigmatic comment that could put some hope in Rogue fans' hearts.

"It does not mean that we won't see her in the film," he said.

Okay, back up, back up — Rogue's scene is not in "X-Men: Days of Future Past," but we might still see her in the film? What could that possibly mean? It certainly seems that whatever the case, Rogue's involvement in the movie will be minimal at best. Don't expect anything more than a blink-and-you'll-miss-it cameo.

In fact, here's an idea: What if Singer's new "X-Men" movie recreates the iconic ...

‘Arrow’: Everything You Missed On ‘Tremors’

This week, "

Expanding The Arsenal
As a direct result of last week's incident in which Roy Harper lost control of his superpowers and nearly beat a man to death, "Tremors" sees the former Glades hoodlum turning over a new page, as he's officially taken under the Arrow's wing. Oliver has seen firsthand the strange effects of the Mirakuru serum and hopes to help Roy learn to control his rage before it takes a hold of him completely like it did Slade Wilson.

Patience, Young Grasshopper
With the majority of Roy's training consisting of patience and control exercises taught to Oliver by Shado, Roy quickly grows restless and declares the Arrow's lessons unnecessary. Now that Roy knows Oliver Queen's secret, he's going to have to learn how to control himself in more ways than one; which may prove to be hard considering that his girlfriend is the vigilante's sister.

Laurel Falls Further Downhill
Not only does Laurel consistently get plastered throughout the episode, but she also discovers that she's being disbarred from practicing law in Starling City. With a very public charge of possession and substance abuse, it doesn't seem likely that Laurel will be working at a law firm any time soon.

Oliver vs. Slade
In the Arrowcave, Oliver briefly explains to Diggle and Felicity how he and Slade became mortal enemies. Apparently, Slade is going to find out about Oliver not saving Shado and then Oliver is going to have to drive an arrow through Slade's eye. Though they end this week's island flashbacks as friends, it's only a matter of time before we get ...

‘Thor 3’ Confirmed: Marvel Sets Writers For ‘Dark World’ Sequel

Stand down, Captain America. You're not the only Marvel superhero with a new movie on the horizon.

Just days after learning that "Captain America: The Winter Soldier" would likely spawn a sequel with brothers Joe and Anthony Russo returning as directors, comes word that Marvel Studios officially has a "Thor" sequel in development. This time, the news comes straight from Marvel's head honcho Kevin Feige himself, who revealed that the studio's senior vice president of production Craig Kyle will be co-writing the third "Thor" movie alongside fellow writer Christopher Yost.

"I am proud of Craig and have enjoyed working with him over these past years," Feige said in a statement. "His creative instincts have helped shape 'Thor' and 'Thor: The Dark World' at every level of the filmmaking process. The entire team at Marvel is very happy to continue collaborating with Craig as he continues as a screenwriter working with Christopher on the forthcoming chapter of Thor's adventure."

Don't let Kyle's recent history as a senior vice president fool you: the man has a comics background, as Kyle and Yost have famously collaborated on a number of comic books including "X-Force" and "New X-Men." But more importantly, if Feige trusts the man, you should trust the man. Marvel has proven that they know what they're doing with their films, and there's no reason to doubt them now.

Most importantly, of course, is the official word that "Thor 3" exists. Not that anyone didn't expect it to happen, but the fact that Marvel commented on the news means it's further along in ...

‘American Horror Story: Coven’: Meet The New Supreme

There's a new head witch in town, but did your favorite Reign Supreme?

the third installment of Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk's twisted drama, drew to a close on Wednesday (January 29), crowning a new Supreme and killing all those in her way (plus a few who weren't, but were just unlucky). So what exactly went down on "Seven Wonders"? Read on for more.

Stevie's Back!
Stevie Nicks returns in full force for the finale, floating through the house and singing Fleetwood Mac's 1987 hit "Seven Wonders." The cold open finds our young witches practicing their skills as Stevie leaves them with a simple "Good luck, girls." Hey, at least it was an excuse to see more shawl-twirling from Misty before...

A Deadly Test
The first three tests go off without a hitch: pyrokinesis (to control fire with the mind), telekinesis (to control objects with the mind) and concilium (to control someone else's mind). But the stakes are raised when the girls must practice descensum (to move between life and the afterlife). We already knew Queenie had this skill set down, and now it seems Madison and Zoe can do it, too. (Madison's hell? "I was stuck on a network musical. It was a live version of 'The Sound of Music.' I wasn't even the lead, I was Liesl," she whined. Zoe's hell was a less amusing, never-ending breakup with Kyle.) Unfortunately for Misty Day, she isn't able to return to the living and finds herself stuck in a high school biology class where she is forced to resuscitate, and then kill ...

Miley Just Grinded With Madonna For ‘Unplugged,’ And Fans Are Freaking Out

Between that denim bikini, her sexy mashup with Madonna and whatever she did to that horse, there was plenty to talk about throughout Miley Cyrus' raucous performance on Wednesday night. But it wasn't the suggestive dancing that had many, many fans excited -- #MileyUnplugged was quickly catapulted into a nationwide Twitter trend -- but rather, it was the fact that between all the controversy, Miley can sing.

Of course, loyal Smilers knew all along that the Bangerz singer has a hell of a voice, but "Unplugged" saw it on full display as Miley got back to her country roots.

Perhaps it was ‏@elliot_friar and @KidzBopsicle who best summed up the atmosphere inside Los Angeles' Sunset Gower Studios when they tweeted "my ears are squirting rainbows and glitter" and "IM HAVING AN EARGASM," respectively.

Before inviting her highly anticipated plus-one to the stage, Miley roared through favorites like "Drive" "Do My Thang," "Wrecking Ball," "Adore You" and "Jolene" (a track by Miley's godmother Dolly Parton). So which was the fan-favorite? It's hard to tell, but early results show that the frontrunners were:

"Adore You," which "could not be more perfect"

"Drive," which was "soooooooo good"

And "Jolene," which, just, "IDFAIUSDKJGSHKFVHADSKFJHADSKPL"

And the Twitter just about combusted when Madonna herself joined Miley for a sexy mashup of "Don't Tell Me" and "We Can't Stop."

What was your favorite moment from Miley's "MTV Unplugged"? Sound off in the comments!

Miley Cyrus, A Horse, And Madonna: Watch What Happens On ‘MTV Unplugged’

Despite pretty much everything on her Bangerz album (outside of a song called "4x4,") Miley Cyrus is adamant that she is, in fact, a "country girl" at heart.

For proof, look no further than her new "MTV Unplugged" special, which premiered Wednesday night and was so full of down-home trappings — cowboy hats, worn-in denim, genuine boot scootin', a weathered fence post, two dudes in a horse costume — that it seemed to be lifted out of Cracker Barrel central casting. Shoot, Miley even opened with taking the stage in a red-and-white gingham dress flecked with rhinestones, and performing the entire song with an exaggerated (I think) twang.

And then she twerked up on the horse.

It was difficult to tell if she was reinforcing a point — "I tried to bring Nashville here for the night," she told the California crowd — or merely taking the piss out of her much-discussed personae ... though as is the case with all things involving her, I suspect the truth lay somewhere in between. As Miley has made abundantly clear during her meteoric return to superstardom, she's not overly concerned with your opinion of her; instead, she's determined to do things her way. And on this night, that meant performing stripped-down, Southern-tinged versions of her urban-inspired catalog. On the surface, it probably shouldn't have worked. But it did.

Highlights of her set included a stomping take on "Do My Thang," a weepy and windswept (which truly benefitted from the presence of winsome slide guitar) and, "#Getitright," a song that ...
